The Corporation/Organization is established within the meaning of IRS Publication 557 Section 501(c)(3) Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The Corporation/Organization shall be operated exclusively for/to the benefit of high school students. the mission of this organization is to give under-represented high school students the opportunity to learn about a career path in medicine. specifically, this organization will be tailored to giving under-represented high school students the opportunity to learn about a career path in orthopaedic surgery.
